When people realize that when you speak a truth from your heart…they can truly hear it.
Not with their ears, but every part of their being. It balances a beauty inside.
Like when someone says ‘I love you’ the glow that it produces is that balance.
All words and their intent goes toward or away from that balance.
Take your heart in your hands and offer it to someone with no fear…you seek that balance.

Words, offered from the heart resonate with the heart frequency.. Synchronicity seems abound today as I got a Daily Om, I very rarely read these days, yet the title of this one caught my eye enough for me to open it. The heading ” The Sound of the Human Voice”….
When we truly say something with meaning, we feel it… And when we truly acknowledge those words to ourselves, and mean them.. They open up another part of your heart that brings about that balance within..
It took me a long while to look in my reflection to say those words ‘I love you’ to myself… And mean them.. but when we do, we only have to look back in the glow of our own eyes in the reflection to see the difference those words mean..

Yes your words could never get lost Sue, truth always has its own pathway. And Danielle did her post, and Spirit, like a child in a lolly shop, starting dancing around her words 🤣
Her post was beautifully delivered and Spirit wanted to join in. They are truly powerful moments when we touch that inner opening, that place carefully guarded from any pain. Until we realize it is that closure that is blocking the love we ever search for.
And it does have a purpose, we need to ‘see’ that closure, understand it, and go beyond it. And we will kind lady, with plenty of ‘balanced’ people around us to share their journey and give that hope and courage to step beyond those closures and dare to be open into that love again. And as we trust it, and as you said, it opens us even further in that trust of ourselves, that opening to that love of ourselves. A lifetime of what we hold does indeed make it difficult to look in a mirror and say ‘I love you’ to ourselves because of that. But it is indeed a wall that can be dismantled and allow us to go beyond into that love we have ever been afraid of.

Thank you Karla and Finn, I hear you because I can feel it from you guys too. It does take a while, as it should, so we can all understand its beauty. Sometimes we think it isn’t there but everything I have touched proves it truth, that incredible love ‘is’ us, we just have to go through that uncovering process that is life so that we can ‘see’ truly what it is made of.
I spread that balance as much as I can dear lady, let other know that there is hope, for us all. We seem to be on some dead end roads on some days but that is so we can see and feel its beauty when we arrive at its destination. And I have no doubt you both are wagging your tails because that understanding is truly there close at hand singing its heart out to you.

It has been an amazing journey of love…and recognizing myself from a place of truth….getting rid of layers that were designed to protect me…but are no longer needed. This past week had a huge decision in it. The process was hard, but I chose ME…myself! I decided to stand in my truth and follow my dreams. It feels really good. Don’t get me wrong…there is that nagging character DOUBT who tries to infiltrate the barriers of my brain, but my heart will not hear of it!! 😉😉

It is indeed MM. When I touched that love I could feel a balance all through me. Even my vision, what I could hear, even my touch had changed. When we stand within it much more comes through. I truly did not understand what it meant to ‘drink’ of the living Spirit. They are not just words, but a very profound truth. To find that balance inside us all. It is a very profound thing when we finally understand it MM. It is there just waiting for us to uncover that wall on our hearts from our fears. The day I did that dark lens was lifted…I could ‘sense’ so much more after it. It was indeed like taking off sunglasses after a lifetime wearing them. Spirit showed me that adding to or taking away is in all we do. And especially when I was shown hell. And all it is…all I say…is that removal of love. We see these pictures of a lake of fire with devils prodding us, which relates it but not truly. We have those times we are at our lowest, grieving the death of a loved one, a divorce, breaking up…they are those times we cover our hearts from that pain, but the love is still there. But hell, it is a thousand times worse because it isn’t us covering it…that love is taken away, and every cell in my body screamed from that loss. There truly are no words for it, I would not wish it on my worst enemy. May your soul never touch it kind lady, but live that peace and gratitude you have found within you 😀❤️🙏
