(By the way, if you click on any of these (but not the maps), they should blow up to view in a good size depending on your browser)

Map of Australia. (sorry about the colour, a little intense, I’ll get something more betterer later.)

Map of New south Wales. (I’m about half way between Sydney and Tweed Heads up North).

Walk on the beach

Proof…sand & water 🙂

Surf & people from the outback, totally amazed at all that blue stuff…sorry, no whales today.

Still no whales. Isn’t it amazing when you get a camera out! 🙂

Getting to end of beach.

From the lookout. (second lookout waaaay down the end of the cliff….and still no whales.)

Other places.

These are older photos from a friends place called Forster – Tuncurry. It is the entrance way up into what they call the Great Lakes area. Big bridge between what they call the twin towns. And yes, the yachts mine (I wish).

And this little sucker (about 10 feet) was casually observing us while we were eating next to him. Had to take a snap for posterity, plus who would have believed it? But just a carpet snake.

Or maybe it was Harry Potter’s mate from under Hogwarts! 🙂

From my coffee man

Main Beach

The Ocean Baths (They call it the Bull Ring, I have no idea why. Time to brush up on my history about the place I suppose.)

A shot out to sea for whales. Of course, no whales. Think positively, if your in luck the albino whale may put in an appearance for next time.

And an inner shot of the entrance to the Great Lakes. Yes, that’s my boat 🙂

Ok, the captain waved at me, that’s sorta like ownership isn’t it? 🙂

Scenic spots tucked away along the coast

Tacking Point Lighthouse

Look guys, I’m really sorry but a whale got in the way and ruined a lovely sea shot (yes, that tiny little black bit with the spray coming up in the air)

Oh, look, another lovely sea shot 🙂 ( I swear they know I’m coming and do what they can to stay waaaaay out as far as they can 🙂 At least it’s jumping out of the water 🙂 Oh, and I used my old digital and I now find it leaves a cloudy circle on the left.
