The Side Effects Of Love!

Each and every thing that we go through down here, leaves a residue, an effect from its action or experience. We can go through many things but it is more pronounced the harder and more painful it is.
But what is that residue, what is left behind in all those experiences.
Each time we are hurt by something, an experience by going through something…we ‘know’ its journey, how it made us feel. And when we see another experience those very same or similar things, we ‘know’ their pain, we feel that experience all over again…but this time it is different. That residue within us can now be defined, its empathy, compassion and love now stands up and can ‘see’ from a whole new direction.
But what are these three musketeers that raise their heads when we see suffering, what instinct brings them to the surface to show their power. It is us…yes, us. We have become these very things by those changes that they brought within us…and attract accordingly.
How many times have you become the defense, swords drawn when another is being treated like you have been.
How many times have you not done it…and felt terrible because your bravery has not yet reached its peak within you.
How many times have you finally taken that one step, shaking like a leaf but daring to do it anyway.
My friend, you have just encountered the side effects of love, of loving yourself enough to stand up and be ‘you’. Yes, that ‘you’ is an encounter with those side effects…the empathy, compassion and love that you have become. You have finally stood in your truth and dared to show it, become something so slowly it has creeped up on you and sang. It has let go of something, something you’ve had for years and years, a condition that we all hold in the beginning. We held a feather, not a sword…and its name was fear, a terror of our belief in ourselves.
But you have slowly moved away from its grip, emboldened your empathy, compassion and love. One drop at a time, each step taken is to have experienced ‘something’ and built your courage to that edge of you, the real you within.
So my friend, you are building something very beautiful. Be proud, be confident, have faith…it all has a purpose. And that purpose is you…just you, but a you that you cannot truly see at first for it takes time from beginning to end. Your building a heart and it needs all of these things so that it can be refined, polished and stand out as it should. But first the ingredients, those residues from that inner fire as you build you, tempered by those many painful things.
So remember, it does hurt but as you go through these many things, something wonderful this way comes. Stand in your side effects of life and know it is creating something very profound, very beautiful and more loving than you can ever imagine. Your becoming that unconditional love, leaving behind what no longer serves and becoming a light that only it can.
And in that incredible journey, I bow to a master, a master of a love that only you can build…by first seeing and experiencing those effects…and then letting them all go and shine as only you can ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋

I connect with your words! My personal residue has left me with the desire to help others through the steps of healing. I remember ow difficult it was for me, and how I struggled to learn what to do. Some of my writing may seem simplistic to others, but those may not be the areas where they struggled with. We share what we know and what we have learned! I applaud you sharing what you have learned from your journey for it is what others need!
Thank you Tamara, and your healing is also an important part of your journey that we each do individually and that very experience is our own. So we will share in just how we are and others will relate to that. We cannot be everything to everyone, this journey will lead our hearts as it must, so many different souls with so many experiences will attract others accordingly, depending in what it is they need to learn. We are each lights in our own way, from those at the very beginning of their journey through to those with much more experience…but they will all be an answer to many. I found that an amazing thing where even a child could say something and leave me astounded in the light that it showed. There is many simplistic words but love is within them all. In fact that is usually the most profound truth, words that speak to our hearts are those that hold that intent by the speaker, and usually little needs to be spoken. In fact, a small story…in doing a healing for a horse I did not speak to him but very gently hummed (it is a distinct vibration in the throat I use…it just ‘feels’ right), and spread that love within me around us both. We both fell into a very beautiful almost meditative state, heads leaning on each other for a long time. After doing this he knew what I wished of him and he of me, without speaking a word. I have done many human healing’s but none so pronounced in what it showed to me. That intent of love is the healing of us all. Always stand in that love within you dear lady, it will call and heal as it may. So very different, but the same for us all ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋
I appreciate you sharing with me! I totally relate to doing what feels right! I’m actually thinking of shifting how I share my messages, to follow what feels right in my next series. I tend to find a style or subject and then explore the different aspects of it and when I feel saturated I move into the next style which feels right. The simple truths are pure and even their simplicity can get convoluted if we’re trying too hard, so keeping the essence is important to keep it pure! Love this story of the horse! They’re used in therapy because they’re so intuitive. We don’t always think that they may need healing too!! Beautiful!!

Touching words my friend. There’s so much we do not understand. There’s so much we misunderstand. But understanding is love.
It is indeed dear lady. And one of the most amazing things is this…those that we feel closest to, are the ones we speak our truth to, speak openly and feel at ease and peace with them. Even if we have an argument with them it is still a peaceful argument. So why them and not others, why this connection with them only? Fear…on guard to the rest of the world until they prove themselves to us. Our friends we know, and they have got to know our fearful bits so we trust them not to poke us…even though some still do, ‘jesting’ at our expense. We could put the rest of the world in a line up I suppose and hand out a list of our fearful bits…but…alas, by the time they did that for everyone we would all be old and grey…and killed every tree on the planet. Maybe a daily profile online so we read that before we meet. Hi, my name is Mark, for today please don’t look at me like I’ve just crawled out from under a rock…I may have. Thank you 😂 🤣 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋
I have learnt to be grateful for those lessons, those side effects of what at the time of experience was traumatic and painful.
But without those lessons I would not now be who I am today. Nor would I be able to speak and tell others about the transition within it brings as you begin to unravel the layers within layers of inherited trauma, guilt and those unworthy feelings that others through their own lack of self awareness inflict upon us.
Knowing what I now know, I give thanks for those wounds for they have enabled me to see similar wounding in others and help them dissolve them as we see from a higher perspective.
Thank you Mark, for being one of those beacons within my own lessons as you helped me so much in years past to help me see the beauty within

Thank you kind lady, and as always so beautifully spoken. It takes many, many heartfelt dilemmas in our lives, and has been a growth for us both in so many ways as we find that path within. Many steps, lots of change to eventually grasp a beauty that is within us all.
And thankfully much guidance as all those encounters ever attract those parts we need to understand…and yes, even those hard ones, they force movement where we would rather stay in our comfort zones.
Our journey was indeed one of those beacon moments for us in our own ways, and I thank you for being you. A soul calling out allowing me to understand and step closer to my heart in doing so. Always a two way encounter, seemingly ‘knowing’ what we both needed.
And for that breakthrough in heart and mind I thank you also my friend. May our opening ever be that light to others so they may also be free.

I didn’t realise how deep our love is buried… how much we have to experience… of letting go and detaching from our human life… all to be able to love more profoundly! Early days… when I feel I don’t want to, but I know it’s all part of mine (and Toms) divine plan. They say when you lose something you get something better in its place! Thank you Barbara, and it is indeed a very hard journey. But we know that if we are given something freely it has worth but not the same as something we have had to work hard or struggle for. Then we really appreciate what it took to reach that ‘something’. And trust me dear lady, when you see it, you will be so glad that you didn’t stop or give up in any way. Underneath it all is a love like no other. When I ‘touched’ it, and it was very brief because I began to ‘let go’ down here it was so beautiful and powerful a moment and so natural to want to be what we naturally are, it gave me such a profound understanding that it all is so incredibly put together so that we can understand it…by being down here. We can’t see and understand unconditional love without first going through all of our ‘conditions’ down here. Breathing is a condition of life, walking is as a condition of movement, the ego is a condition of how we function down here (and in fact a very important part, even though it seems to drive us up the wall), and especially our fear, it is a condition on our entire lives. See how it controls us, being a huge condition on all we do as it pokes its tentacles in everything we touch. And the example I always use is this…we must first experience sadness so that we can then truly enjoy and appreciate happiness, and on through all of our emotions. Unconditional love can only be seen, understood and appreciated by first experiencing all of our conditions. It in fact, and like all the emotions, cannot be understood truly unless we experience their opposite. And in going through them all our empathy, compassion and love build stronger and stronger because we slowly see and appreciate them all. But it isn’t until we do our love, see the fear that covers it, that we will have that very profound and eye opening moment and finally see and understand unconditional love. Unconditional love is us…unmasked. Understand our fear and it totally loses its power over us…and sets us free. It’s like driving a car, a new job, we are all nerves and unsure but after six months we barely give it a thought anymore because we understand it. Understand anything and we ‘let it go’. Understand our fear, and in doing so, we will understand ‘our love’…and let the fear go. Let go the one thing that holds us in its pattern. And a love like no other will envelop us forever. That child that created our fear, and unintentionally I might add, because our parents brought us up with their fears still intact. But they knew no other way because they too were brought up with parents that had their own fears and unintentionally passed them on simply because they knew no other way. All of them, each and every parent all can only give the love that they were taught, they know no other way. And the hardest part is to see that and forgive them. Their love was wrapped in conditions, and if we are brave enough we will see that we too passed on our ‘conditions’ to our children. And to even go one step further, with a very profound love, we have all been given this ‘conditional’ journey so that we can find that unconditional love within us. On the day that I have asked anyone who has seen and understood their fear…would they change anything…they all say not a moment, not a step would they change, because they can now see that every single ‘bit’ of who they are, is because of that very path they have walked. And yes dear lady, this pathway is indeed a hard taskmaster. But what is waiting is beyond words, what I saw I can barely give what it all truly meant as their are no words to describe it, but truly it is a magnificent place and understanding…of us. And that one incredible moment in my post ‘The Death’ up on the menu bar, as I was leaving the earth and moving away, I looked back and didn’t feel anything and I didn’t understand why. But it wasn’t until later that Spirit showed me why. It is like going for a shopping trip with a friend and she invites you back to her place for a coffee. You say great but you’ll just drop your purchases off and meet her there. Your friend goes home to get ready and prepare the coffee. She doesn’t give you another thought…why…because she ‘knows’ she will be seeing you again in just a moment so there is nothing to worry about. You will be together very soon. And that is the feeling I was given as I moved away from the earth, I was going to see everyone again, be with them all so there wasn’t anything to worry about. Soon dear lady, even though time travels so slowly down here, soon you can be with them all. But first they, and God, wants you to understand His love. The unconditional one so you can be what you have ever wanted to be, find what you have ever looked for, a love and happiness like no other ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋

Going through experiences and lessons is like being born again. It is hard to get there but a new life is waiting. I love your examples, Mark. Indeed, our experiences make us more empathic. The more we are willing to look closer to those experiences the faster we develop and don’t need to question our bravery (although this questioning is part of the development). There are many people in this world and each and every one of them add to our understanding, good or bad. The feeling when such a block got blown away is impossible to describe. It is like breaking free and feeling a new width in oneself. And as you said, it is those invonvenient people who teach us the most because they don’t care how we feel, don’t let us away with anyhting and therefore force us to face our weak spots.
